Through our relentless efforts, Rumel Enterprises acquired customs clearing and forwarding licenses in 11 Different Ports, including the Dhaka Customs House, The Custom House ICD, Kamalapur, Dhaka, Pangaon Inland Container Terminal (ICT), Chattogram Customs House, Mongla Customs House, Benapole Customs House, Dhaka EPZ & Oli Nagar Land Customs (LC) Station, Unitex LP Gas Ltd., BM Energy BD Ltd. & JMI Industrial GAS Ltd.

After the untimely demise of our founder on 29th September 2006, his eldest son, Mr. Jubaier Ahmed Bhuyain (Ekram), stepped up and assumed the responsibility of leading the company as a “Customs clearing and forwarding agent “. With his dedication and expertise, he ensured the seamless continuity of our services, upholding the high standards set of his father.

In 13^th July 2010, we diversified our business by venturing into import and export through our 2^ndsubsidiary company name, JAJ Trading. This strategic decision allowed us to explore new markets and establish strong relationships with international suppliers and customers. Through JAJ Trading, we have successfully facilitated Door2Door Trade Service between Bangladesh and various countries, creating mutually beneficial partnerships and fostering economic growth. Another milestone of JAJ Trading journey begins in 2015, when we enlisted & achieved the license of Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP) while we commenced our supply business with the Bangladesh Army & Navy, being entrusted with the responsibility of supplying essential goods and equipment to our nation’s defense forces has been an honor for us. We take immense pride in contributing to the defense infrastructure of Bangladesh and supporting our brave soldiers with timely and reliable logistics solutions.

In 12^th July 2010, by the continues growing demand for international freight forwarding services, born in the name of EBZ Corporation. Later changed the name as EBZ Logistics on 13^th Nov 2017. The company has been successfully providing one window multidimensional customized logistics services, ranging from delivery of heavy international shipments to small scale shipments including project handling. The company client list includes major national and multinational importers and exporters with special emphasis on Telecommunications, Power sectors, Textiles, Apparel & Clothing Industries & other products manufacturing sectors. The corporate office of EBZ Logistics is in Dhaka with other offices in Chittagong and other strategic locations facilitating national customs clearing and international freight forwarding in air, sea and land modes.

In 19^th Nov 2017, we expanded our business and ventured into the “Warehousing “sector by the name of “Core Logistics”. This strategic move allows us to offer comprehensive logistics solutions to our valued clients. With our state-of-the-art warehouses equipped with advanced security systems, we have successfully stored and managed a diverse range of goods, providing our clients with peace of mind and efficient inventory management.

In 13^th July 2025 a new vision has been started named, Porosh Shipping. Here we are strategically expanding our Less-than-Container Load (LCL) and cargo consolidation services, driven by a dedicated team of industry experts, boasting more than 20 years of specialized experience in this trade lane. 

In 26^th Jan 2026 Our upcoming vision is to jump on another large & integrated shipping company name EBZ Shipping Ltd.

Lastly 26^th July 2026 we introduced EBZ Apparel. The project aims to establish an Apparel & Clothing Export & Buying House that will source, manufacture and export ready-made garments (RMG) to international markets worldwide. The business acts as an intermediary between foreign buyers and local manufacturers, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely shipment.
